Lawsuit Filed As New Questions Arise Over Timeline In Las Vegas Shooting
On Wednesday a California college student who was injured in the Las Vegas shooting filed a lawsuit against the hotel owners, the concert promoter, and bump stock manufacturers, claiming they were all liable in the mass shooting.
The claims raise more questions about a changing timeline that, according to Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo, could even change again. MGM Resorts International owns both Mandalay Bay and the concert venue that hosted the festival, and these claims question why hotel staff didn’t notice gunman Stephen Paddock’s behavior in several instances.
