Las Vegas Shooting Victim Files Lawsuit Against MGM Resorts, A Maker Of Bump Stocks, And Festival Organizer
Paige Gasper, 21, was injured in the Las Vegas mass shooting and on Tuesday she filed a lawsuit against MGM Resorts International, the festival organizer and a company that makes ‘bump stocks’. October 1 she was at the Route 91 Harvest festival when Stephen Paddock fired into the crowd, killing 58 concertgoers and injuring 489 others.
