A Las Vegas Shooting Victim is Going to File a Lawsuit
LAS VEGAS – A lawsuit has been filed against MGM Resorts International, Mandalay Corp., Live Nation Entertainment, Inc., Slide Fire Solutions, LP and the Estate of Stephen Paddock on behalf of a victim of the Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting in Las Vegas.
Nevada attorney Nathan Morris of Bighorn Law and Texas attorneys Mo Aziz of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Sorrels, Agosto & Aziz, Michelle Tuegel of Hunt & Tuegel, PLLC and Chad Pinkerton of The Pinkerton Law Firm, PLLC are representing Paige Gasper, ,21-year old college student from Wheatland, California.
According to a press release, Gasper sustained life-threatening injuries during the October 1, 2017 massacre at the Route 91 Harvest festival in Las Vegas, Nevada.
